We guarantee our balloon rides, if a date changes due to weather conditions or you need to change your ticket date we will do our best to accommodate you. If we are unable to provide you with a balloon ride we will refund the cost of the ticket.
Entry tickets purchased for events will not be refunded later than 48 hours prior to event date.
