There is no age requirement, although a good rule of thumb is that they should be tall enough to see over the basket. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Hot air balloon rides are weather-dependent. We closely monitor weather conditions and will reschedule or cancel rides if necessary for safety reasons.
If you need to cancel your hot air balloon ride, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Yes, our insurance policies on our balloons and events exceed federal/state coverage requirements.
